I received this product a few days before the last estimated delivery date. It is a very large piece to work with. I watched a few youtube videos of the application process and then felt comfortable enough to start. It took two people to make sure the top was level. It also took two people to start the application process. Once I was about one third of the way down I was able to take over and complete the process by myself. The second tricky part was aligning the first piece and the second piece on the wall. I was able to eye it and it turned out perfectly. I was in love with the finished product. Once I stepped back I realized they had sent me brown instead of black. I contacted the seller immediately and within 48 hours they responded with an apology and sent out the correct color. In this day and age that is amazing customer service. I will be buying more pieces from this seller in the future. Their product and their service in TOP NOTCH!
