The item is fine. The seller sent me the wrong item the first time. I do give them credit that they contacted me back quickly and then sent out the right item. When I finally did receive the right item, the plastic part looked like it had been cut down the middle (this wasn't small...it was an eight or so inch crack). It came in a box so there is no way that the mail person accidentally bent it. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and I cannot give this to someone cracked in half. Since I've already had two bad experiences, I just went and bought one from a different seller.
